I'm designing xosc and rc oscillator, cadence works quite well...
Thanks for your suggestion. In my company, HSPICE is still the verification tool for analog circuit. But Cadence (Spectre) is also a good tool to verify my design quickly.
跟Xtal有關的震盪器， 好像也可以藉由加入delmax參數 幫助起振 之前我跑RTC時，都是這樣做的， 提供您參考～
